Our commitment to menopause awareness:
In January 2023, Liz, The Founder of Empower Mental Health Training and Consultancy proudly completed the training course to become a licensed Menopause Champion for the Menopause Expert Group. Liz’ commitment to this role is heightened as a result of her personal experience with menopause over the last ten years. We're dedicated to raising the conversation about menopause to places where it truly matters, such as businesses and safe space groups.
The power of menopause awareness:
Research commissioned by Koro Kids, as reported in HR News on October 4th, 2022, uncovered a staggering fact: a million women have changed or left their jobs due to a lack of menopause support, costing the economy a significant £5 billion. Drawing from our own extended and sometimes challenging journey through peri and post-menopause, we're here to change this narrative.
