I found the course informative, interactive and also extremely powerful. It really prepares you for becoming a confident mental health first aider and teaches you the wide spectrum of mental health conditions and the warning signs. Liz Maughn is a fantastic instructor, keeping the sessions varied and light-hearted at times when you are learning about very emotional and triggering subjects. I highly recommend booking Liz to train your staff and cannot stress the importance about how important it is to have mental health first aiders in your business to support you staff.

Learning about new insights and treatments into mental health was particularly useful which gave me a more positive outlook about the help and support available. I found the learning environment created by the trainer (Liz) a safe space to explore with colleagues our own very personal views and experiences.
