We currently collect and process the following personal information:

 

• Name - Either an individual or company name

• Address

• Contact details - Email and phone number

• Confirmation that you are over 16 years old.

 

This data will only be used by us for the purposes of organising and delivering training. 

We will only share your data with MHFA England for the purposes of registering individuals to receive certificates. 

We will store your data safely and keep it for only as long as it is required to provide the training and complete all relevant processes associated with this.

We will ask your permission to contact you post- training and or consultancy to receive notifications with regard to further training and or for evaluation purposes.
